Speaker Bio:

Randy Williams, MAI, SR/WA, FRICS

Mr. Randy Williams, Past International President of the International Right-of-Way Association, will perform the installation ceremony of our new officers at our meeting on June 11, 2013. Randy has accorded us this honor for a number of years.

Mr. Williams is the Senior Managing Director for Integra Realty Resources-Austin. Randy has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting for over thirty-five years. His background includes appraisal and management in the real estate banking industry and appraisal, testimony and appraisal review in private practice. Recent experience is concentrated in major urban/suburban development and eminent domain in Central Texas. Valuations have been performed on various properties including, but not limited to, neighborhood and community shopping centers, apartment complexes, single and multi-tenanted industrial buildings, low to high rise office buildings, mixed use facilities, vacant land for different uses and condemnation and right-of-way. Eminent domain experience includes SH 130 and SH 45.

Mr. Williams is active in the Austin chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the International Right-of-Way Association, having served as chapter president of both organizations. He is the immediate past president of the International Right-of-Way Association.

Reservations will be taken until 06/07/2013 at 05:00 PM. You may pay on-line at the end of the reservation process via PayPal. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

NOTE IF YOU PRE-REGISTER & DO NOT ATTEND: We encourage you to prepay for the meeting using the convenience of Paypal. Effective January 1, 2012, those who pre-register for the IRWA Chapter 36 meetings at the pre-registration discount rate but do not attend the meeting and do not pre-pay, will be invoiced for the $15 fee. Our goal is to continue offering the discounted pre-registration rate for our members and guests, while avoiding unnecessary expenses to the Chapter. Thank you.
