Awards Click here for the 2011 POY/EOY Nominations Form! 2010 Awards The Employer of the Year (EOY) Award recognizes a Company's or Agency's efforts to actively support Chapter 36 and its mission by supporting its employees in their membership in Chapter 36, through participation, providing financial support, time allowance, facilities, and services, etc. that in-turn enhance the Chapter's educational and social commitments to its members. This year's winner is: The City of Irving  Accepting the Award on behalf of the City of Irving are representatives Denise Perez, SR/WA and Doug Janeway, SR/WA, presented by POY/EOY Committee Member, Wendell Pyles, SR/WA (pictured left). The Professional of the Year (POY) Award honors a Chapter 36 professional who has distinguished him/herself through exemplary support to the Association, made outstanding contributions through leaderships positions, actively participated in association activities, and achieved IRWA professional designations. The Professional of the Year is someone who has been recognized as having the highest regard for the interests, goals and mission of the Chapter and Association. This year's winner is: Greg Althoff, SR/WA - Real Estate Project Manager, DART Orange Line  Greg Althoff, SR/WA, R/W-RAC accepting Professional of the Year award presented by POY/EOY Committee Member, Wendell Pyles, SR/WA (pictured right).
