Awards 2012 Awards The Employer of the Year (EOY) Award recognizes a Company's or Agency's efforts to actively support Chapter 36 and its mission by supporting its employees in their membership in Chapter 36, through participation, providing financial support, time allowance, facilities, and services, etc. that in-turn enhance the Chapter's educational and social commitments to its members. The Professional of the Year (POY) Award honors a Chapter 36 professional who has distinguished him/herself through exemplary support to the Association, made outstanding contributions through leaderships positions, actively participated in association activities, and achieved IRWA professional designations.
